Terms: Our Business For Sale Listing Service has two fees:

1. Setup Fee: To begin using our service, there is a one-time setup fee of $1495 to begin work.

2. Success Fee: We charge a success fee of 5% of the final sales price, calculated by deducting the initial setup fee of $1495 from the final sales price. However, if the final sales price, combined with the initial setup fee, is less than $10,000, a minimum fee of $10,000 applies.

In summary, you pay a setup fee of $1495. When your company sells, you will then pay a success fee of 5% of the final sales price. If the sum of the setup and success fees falls below $9,999.00, a minimum fee of $10,000.00 applies. This agreement will last for 12 months.
